At AL'MALIK BOUTIQUE, each bag is carefully handcrafted with great attention to detail. For this reason, we generally do not accept returns.
Returns are accepted only if an item arrives damaged during shipping. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide photos of the damage. Once approved, the item must be returned to us for inspection.
We are happy to offer exchanges if you would like a different color or if the item is not the right fit for your preferences. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, free from signs of wear, scratches, stains, odors, or any damage, and returned with all original packaging.
Items that have been used, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without prior approval are not eligible for return or exchange.
